1. What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, optional photo and booking and payment details.

2. How we use it

To manage your bookings, issue your member ID card, send booking and expiry reminders and verify entry at the door.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Payments by card are processed by our payment provider; we never see your card details.

4. Security

Passwords are stored securely and access to the admin area is restricted to authorised staff.

5. Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your account by contacting us.
