Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your booking.

1. Cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you cannot attend a booked session.

2. Refunds

Unused days may be refunded or moved to another available day at our discretion, when requested in advance. Sessions that were attended are not refundable.

3. Facility closures

If we close the facility on a booked day (maintenance or an emergency) you can choose another day or ask for a refund of that day.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned using the same method used for payment, or by bank transfer, within a reasonable time.
